My practice and teaching are shaped by the guidance of experienced teachers from diverse yoga traditions—Chuck Miller, Doug Keller, and Hart Lazer among them—as well as many Zen and Buddhist teachers.
I understand yoga practice—whether asana, pranayama, or meditation—as a way of cultivating presence and awareness, easing the drain created by unconscious patterns.
I began teaching yoga in 2020 in Taipei, Taiwan. After marrying my partner, Chuck Miller, I moved to the Big Island of Hawaii, and I now teach classes and workshops in both Taiwan and abroad.
I look forward to sharing this unfolding practice with you.

As you know, when Chuck and I are not traveling to teach, we‘re in a very different part of the world from where most of our students are. Even though I occasionally receive inquiries from Europe and the US, the time differences can be challenging, with different time zones across countries and states, so I haven’t been offering regular classes.
However, some yogi friends have decided to do private sessions with me when group classes aren‘t possible. To make it more affordable for everyone, I’d like to open these up as small group classes. We‘re planning to practice mostly on Monday evenings (European time). Video recordings will be available, so no worries if you can’t join live.
We usually begin by ”undoing“ certain areas of the body, then explore different asanas with attention to alignment and action, using Samasthiti as our guide. Breathing, meditation, and discussion are also important elements of the course.
Please send me a message to join this group.
